Return policy for refund

Customers can return products for a refund within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. In addition, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to the return if the reason of return is casued by human error.
We can not accept the following items for a refund:
•Any products that have exceeded the warranty or return expiry date.
•The reason of returning is caused by customer error.
•The returned product is not in its original condition.
•You refusing to pay the customs clearance fee.
•You preparing the wrong clearance documents.
•You placing a wrong order.

Return policy for exchange or replacement

Our products can be exchanged or replaced within 45 days for Register Fast Premium Shipping and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. For replacement parts, please contact FamouSupply.com within 7 days from the delivery date. If you would like to exchange a product, please make sure that the product is unused and wihin the warranty time. You can provide us the order number and the product code you want to exchange.

Warranty Information

We offer warranty all product for 1 year expect phone or tablet replacement parts for 7 days after received as all replacement part is 100% tested before we ship. Any product that exceeds the warranty time is unacceptable.

Canceling order

Canceling order before dispatch is free of charge. If the package had been sent out, the order can’t be canceled. It would be better if you can inform us to cancel order as soon as possible.
